Condition:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.

  • Request a Return:
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@oxfordsole.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  • Prepare Your Package:
    Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Ensure that the Return Authorization Number (RAN) is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • Ship Your Return:
    Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
    1. Refunds

      Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

      If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the correct product as quickly as possible.

      Defective or Damaged Items
